This machine is used for finishing of hard / perfect bound books, center stitched magazines, booklets, notebooks, dictionaries, diaries etc. Hydraulic press forms permanent square shape of the spine for esthetics and functional value. 900 cycles per hour for single copy & digital counting. Safety precaution emergency switch aborts the operating cycle when necessary. Infrared photo cell safety device, PLC based control panel for sequencing with optimum simplified diagnostics. The clamping stroke can be set as single or double. 1 to 4 copies up to a max opening of 90 cm can be placed in the machine.
